Dr. Marla Gracia, Au.D., is an audiologist who has led Audiology Experts, an independent audiology practice in Arlington, Texas, established in 2008, since 2025.

Dr. Marla Gracia earned her Doctorate in Audiology at the University of North Texas and has practiced audiology for more than 15 years. Her clinical work focuses on diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders in patients of all ages. For pediatric and adult patients, she works closely with ENT specialists and educational teams so care extends beyond the exam room.

In 2025, Dr. Gracia assumed leadership of Audiology Experts from Dr. Lisa B. Fell, who founded the practice in 2008. Her clinical philosophy is that good care starts with listening. She learns how each patient lives and what each patient needs before building an individualized treatment plan, and she pairs those plans with current hearing technology.

Dr. Gracia was raised by deaf parents, an experience that gives her a personal understanding of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Outside the practice, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, their sons, and their dogs.
